Plastchem's vinyl record compounds form the heart of vinyl LPs. Our compounds enable efficient and trouble-free pressing of records.

Sustainability

Plastchem is committed to developing sustainable solutions. At the product level, we consider investments in recycling and bio-PVC solutions. We have recently obtained the ISCC certification, enabling us to produce bio-compounds and bio-vinyl products. This certification is a significant recognition of our efforts towards a clean future. Furthermore, we are working towards an energy-neutral production site with the goal of becoming the world's first CO2-neutral PVC compounder.

The Factory

In our state-of-the-art facility in Hardenberg, we produce our PVC compounds. With over 3,000 formulations in every possible color and composition, our PVC granules or dryblends are suitable for various applications. An experienced team and an automated production process ensure efficiency and quality. The result is a high-quality, stable compound produced with minimal energy consumption. Our innovative factory is modern, clean, and pleasant to work in.
