In collaboration with our customers and partners, we are building a closed material cycle in which plastic materials are given a second life. The recycled PVC forms the foundation for the development of our sustainable Hybrid compounds.

The PVC retains its unique properties, such as mechanical strength and resistance to aging.

Thanks to our technology, PVC can be recycled 8 to 10 times.

Thanks to our smart circular process, the recycled PVC maintains consistently high quality and is perfectly suited for use in the production of new compounds.

The Different Steps

PVC waste is separated by type and quality using the separation tower.

The material is ground and, if necessary, further refined into powder.

Through dedusting and colour sorting, the material is purified and selected based on colour.

The cleaned material is transported to Plastchem’s production facility.

At Plastchem’s factory, the PVC material undergoes high-quality processing into sustainable Hybrid compounds, suitable for new applications in the plastics industry.

We Believe in the Power of Collaboration


Together with our partners, we are building a circular economy in which plastic waste is given a second life. We also support them in achieving their own sustainability goals.

Regional Collection (within 250 km of Hardenberg)
In collaboration with customers and extrusion companies in the region, we collect production waste, which is transported in its original form to our factory in Hardenberg.

International Collaboration
In Belgium, Germany, and the UK, we work with local partners who collect and reduce plastic waste (both post- and pre-consumer) locally. This makes transportation to our factory more efficient.
