In addition to regular PVC compounds, we offer several specialties. Under the name PlastBlend, we provide the opportunity to create fire-resistant, colorfast, and dimensionally stable products. PlastBlend compounds, for instance, are suitable for extreme outdoor temperatures. With foam PVC, we can develop a weight-saving solution.

PlastBlend

Where standard PVC compounds stop, PlastBlend takes over. This unique material is an extension of our regular PVC compounds but meets higher demands when required. For example, the HDT and Vicat values of PlastBlends are superior to standard PVC compounds. Additionally, PlastBlends possess unique fire properties.

PlastBlend is particularly suitable for applications exposed to extreme outdoor temperatures. Other positive properties of PlastBlends include lower shrinkage and a lower coefficient of expansion.

The significant advantage of foamed PVC is weight savings. Furthermore, foam PVC insulates better than standard PVC. Foam PVC is primarily used for the easy installation of large and heavy profiles, such as cladding and fascia.
